My Little Adoptables: Winter Coats [ Over! ]

HELLO HELLO I had a lot of fun with the last auction, and this particular batch inspired me to draw their human counterparts, so that is an option if they are auto-bought this time! (See below for info on that!)

Also, I included the color palettes that inspired them this time! For some of them, I altered the color scheme a bit, but they are all mostly faithful to the palette!

01. Nutcracker

In the spirit of Hearth's Warming Eve, Nutcracker always dresses her best, ready to march up and down the streets of Ponyville to assure the safety of her fellow ponies. Many wonder about her cutie mark, assuming by her appearance and name that she is, er... proficient at cracking nuts, but she is actually an amazing sniper! Her skill with the rifle is frightening, especially as it is a tool that barely anypony uses or even knows how to use. She will march calmly downtown, but when trouble arises, she won't hesitate to disappear long enough to take care of what needs to be done without leaving a trace. Nopony even knows that she's the mysterious force that keeps the evil creatures at bay, her warm smile melting the hearts of those she crosses paths with.

02. Evergreen

Nopony cares about the environment more than she does - nopony! Evergreen is one with nature, loving to go on long hikes, camping, or simply educating those around her on the importance of preserving their wondrous trees and foliage. She turns up her nose at the increasing suburbs and lives in the woods near Ponyville, in a tree house she built all by herself. She can be a bit hot-headed in her passions, and litter bugs can be assured to get her hoof in the face if she catches them in the act! Overall, Evergreen is outdoorsy and helpful, wanting nothing more than to make others see why she cares so much about Mother Nature and its bounty.

03. Graffiti

When night falls on Manehattan, the shops and streets hold their usual, characteristic charm. The streets are swept and clean, trash picked up, the stores that will close have closed, the ones that stay up late still setting the streets aglow (you know the types, bars). When morning strikes, however, something is always different, and never in the same way. Paint, paint everywhere! Graffiti, to be specific, but not just any graffiti. Rather than just fancy lettering or anything crude, beautiful portraits are painted alongside buildings. Scenes from a faraway mountain blanketed in snow, with a cold sky speckled with stars. Of a quaint little town by a crystalline castle that shimmers and shifts with brilliant colors in the sunlight. Ponies almost can't bring themselves to clean it off, some businesses choosing to keep their new artwork due to its sheer beauty. All the while, the little pony named Graffiti sleeps soundly until noon, having been up all night working. Due to her name and cutie mark, it's very obvious that Graffiti does these things, but she moves around constantly and only leaves gorgeous and inspiring artworks in her wake, leaving many ponies to ponder if they would even want to arrest the culprit or not...

04. Soft Spoken

Being a bat pony comes with some prejudice from farmers, and there are some that wish they didn't need to feel like they had to come out at night to avoid that riff-raff; however, the night life suits Soft Spoken just fine. Making small coffee shops and poetry clubs his usual haunts, Spoken channels his experiences, his strange urges to suck the life out of every apple he comes by, and the hurtful remarks or stares he receives into powerful words that make beautiful poetry. His favorite drink is coffee, because it helps him stay up all night to listen to other ponies and their talents. Anything with a hint of apple is good, really. Named for his soft mannerisms and quiet demeanor, Soft Spoken is a gentle soul who just wants to dress nicely and read his poetry for others.
